Crust:
1 cup cold butter, cut into tiny pieces
6 TB brown sugar
3 cups flour
1 egg
1 tsp lemon juice
Filling:
1 cup butter
2/3 cups honey
1 cup brown sugar
4 TB whipping cream
3 cups pecan halves

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 350º. Lightly spray 13X9 baking sheet with non stick spray

In large bowl, combine crust ingredientwith your hands or pastry cutter until mixture is crumbly. Pour into baking dish then press into an even layer. Bake 15 minutes. Remove from oven & set aside

Meanwhile in a large (3qt) pot, combine butter, honey & brown sugar over medium heat. Stir & bring to a boil. Boil for 5-7 minutes then remove from heat & immediately, but slowly, stir in whipping cream.
It WILL SPUTTER so use caution

Add pecans to the pot & stir to coat. Pour the mixture over the crust & spread evenly. Bake for 20-22 minutes or until carmel is soft set in the middle

Let cool completely before cutting into bars
