2+1/4 cup flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup sugar
1 cup light brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla
7 TB butter, softened
2 eggs
1/4 cup Kahlua
3 TB instant espresso
1 TB ground coffee beans
1 cup bittersweet chocolate chunks or chips

Preheat oven to 375º. Line cookie sheet with parchment paper

Combine flour, baking soda, salt & sugars. Make a well in the center of the dry ingredients & add the remaining ingredients.Mix well until a dough forms

Use a small ice cream scoop or tablespoon, drop dough 2" apart on cookie sheet.

Bake for 9 to 11 minutes. Transfer to a wire rack to cool
