1 Tbsp cooking oil
¼ cup finely chopped celery
¼ cup sliced green onion
1 tsp instant beef bouillon granules
¼ tsp pepper
⅓ cup sour cream
1 Tbsp flour
½ tsp thyme OR dillweed
1 jar mushrooms sliced (2.5oz)
2 Tbsp parsley
4 lamb chops (½ inch thick)

TRIM fat from meat. Sprinkle with salt & pepper if desired. In a large skillet brown chops in hot oil. Drain fat.

COMBINE celery, onion, bouillon granules, pepper and 3/4 cup of water. Pour over chops. Bring to boil, reduce heat. Cover and simmer 10 to 15 minutes, or until tender. Remove meat. Skim fat from juices. Reserve 1/2 cup juices, set aside.

COMBINE sour cream, flour, thyme or dillweed. Stir in reserved juices. Add to skillet. Cook and stir until tick and bubbly. Cook and stir 1 minute more.
