Crust:
1/2 c unsalted butter, melted
1/2 c brown sugar
1 egg
1 1/4 c flour
1 t vanilla
1/4 t salt
Filling:
1 1/2 c semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 c sweetened shredded coconut
3/4 c sweetened condensed milk
1 c salted caramel sauce
1 c Semi sweet chocolate chips, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Crust:
Preheat oven to 350º.
Spray a 9 inch pie dish with non-stick spray.
Combine melted butter, brown sugar, egg and vanilla in a bowl and mix until smooth.
Add flour and salt. Stir.
Pour batter into prepared pie dish and smooth.
Bake for 10 minutes. Remove from oven.
Filling:
Sprinkle chocolate chips on top of pie crust.
Sprinkle coconut on top of chocolate chips.
Pour condensed milk on top of coconut.
Pour caramel on top.
Bake for 25 minutes.
Drizzle melted chocolate chips on top of pie.
Allow to cool at least 4 hours. Needs plenty of time to set.
