1 freshly caught prehistoric Grinnell (aka Bowfin)
1 board, about a foot long; clapboard siding works
Cajun spices

Directions:
Directions:
(1) Soak your board in water for 2 hours.
(2) Scale and fillet the Grinnell into two halves.
(3) Season the Grinnel with Cajun spices and lay it skin-side down in a single layer on top of the board.
(4) Place the board in a BBQer.
(5) Cook for 12 - 15 Minutes.
(6) Remove and let cool.
(7) Throw away the Grinnell and eat the board.
