Ingredients:  
1 gallon of water
2 Qts low sodium chicken broth
2 cups of Kosher salt
1+3/4 cups honey
2 TB whole cloves

Directions:
Directions:
Heat until salt dissolves in broth.Pour into a large container & Add water then cool to room temperature

Immerse turkey

add ice if necessary, making sure turkey is submerged completely.

Keep in refrigerator while soaking - atleast 8 hours or overnight
