1+1/2 cup pecans
2 stix unsalted butter, softened to room temperature
1 cup dark brown sugar
1 cup sugar
2 XL eggs
2 tsp vanilla
1+1/2 cu[s flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp salt
3 cups Old Fashion Oatmeal
1+1/2 cup raisins

Directions:

Bake pecans in 350º oven for 5 minutes, then coarsly chop

In a mixing bowl (with paddle) Beat butter & sugars on medium high speed until light & fluffy.

On low speed, add 1 egg at a time& then add vanilla

Sift flour, baking powder,cinnamon& salt into a bowl.

Slowly add to butter mixture

Stir in oatmeal, raisins & pecans just until combined.

Place into a 13X9 pan then flatten slightly

Bake 12-15 minutes. Let cool before cutting into bars
