4 large portabella mushrooms
1 cup parmesan cheese
1 cup pesto
cup panko crumbs
cup sundried tomatoes, chopped, plus 2 tbsp of the oil
tsp kosher salt
tsp pepper
1 cup shredded mozzerella

Directions:
Directions:
Heat grill to medium heat. Scoop out ribbing of portabella mushrooms. Brush tops of mushrooms with olive oil. Mix together all remaining ingredients except for mozzerella. Put inside mushrooms, Top with mozzarella. Grill with cover down until cheese melts.
