3 cups rolled oats
1+ 1/2 cu[s all purpose flour
1tsp baking soda
1 tsp brown sugar
cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
1+1/4 cup
1 stick of butter
2 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup raisins
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/4 cup ripe bananas (optional)
2 tsp butter
1/4 cup maple syrup
1 cup powder sugar

Preheat oven to 350º.

In mixing bowl, place vanilla, eggs, banana, sugar,& butter. Cream together on low speed(mixture will look a little curdled) . Turn off mixer & add flour,baking soda,cinnamon,salt,raisins,& oats. slowly turn on mixer, keeping on low speed, until all flour has disappearedin to the batter. Make sure not to overmix the cookies

Place batter in freezer for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes, using an ice cream scoop, insert the batter onto cookie sheet & bake for 8 to 12 minutes or until golden brown

Make the GLAZE by In a small microwave safe bowl,microwave 2 TB butter & syrup for 1 minute or until butter is melted. Add 1 cup pf powder sugar & whisk in to syrup until sugar
is completely dissolved. Pour 1-2 TB of glaze over each cookie or just in the middle of the cookie.
