8 oz whipped butter
16 ounces cream cheese
2 to 3 cloves of garlic-crushed
1/4 teas basil
1/4 teas dill
1/4 teas dried marjoram
1/4 teas oregano
1/4 teas thyme

Directions:
Directions:
1. soften butter and cream cheese (You can do this in a food processor or by hand. For the processor, process the garlic first until it is finely minced, then add the cheese and herbs and process until creamy.)
2. by hand, mince the garlic as finely as possible and then mix everything together in a large bowl.
3. Put the cheese into an airtight jar or container and refrigerate for 24 hours before serving to allow the flavors to develop.

Serving suggestions: as a dip, with crackers or pretzels
Other serving suggestions: as a spread on roast beef sandwiches
