1 cup flour
2 eggs
1 cup corn meal
2 cups milk
5T corn starch
1 t salt
Mix all dry ingredients then add wet ingredients previously mixed.

Brown 2 pounds hamburger per recipe, drain fat and add small can of tomatoe sauce. (Can also add taco seasoning if desired.)

Use a large skillet, put small amount of oil in the bottom and make sure it covers the bottom. After the oil is hot add 1/2 cup of batter and move pan around so the batter covers the bottom. Let fry until golden brown and then flip to other side. Put the shell on a plate and add hamburger. Top with favorite taco toppings.
