1/2 rolled oats
50g fresh blueberries
1/2 unsweetened coconut milk
40g plain nonfat greek yogurt
sweetener of choice
pinch of salt

Directions:
In a mason jar, mix all of the ingredients well, and seal. Refrigerate overnight, up to 48 hours. Transfer to a small bowl in the morning, and top with fresh blueberries. Serve cold.
