50g red bell pepper
20g minced garlic
1tbsp lemon juice
32oz chicken broth
1 14-oz can of new potatoes
18oz unsweetened coconut milk
9-12 frozen gyoza/potstickers of choice
150g fresh spinach
20g cilantro
20g fat free cream cheese
Spices: turmeric, onion power, garam masala, coriander, curry powder, salt

Directions:
Directions:
In a stock-pot, sauté pepper and garlic with the spices. Add in the chicken broth and bring it to a boil. Remove from heat and add coconut milk, frozen potstickers, cream cheese, and potatoes. Return to a boil, stirring occasionally. Lower to a simmer and add in spinach and cilantro, simmer for 10 minutes/until spinach is wilted. Serve alone or over jasmine rice.
