1 large can of pumpkin
1 - 12 oz can nonfat evaporated milk
4 eggs
1 cup sugar
1 tsp ground nutmeg
1 tsp ground ginger
1 tsp ground cloves
2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
1 (18.25 oz) YELLOW cake mix
1/2 c melted butter
1 cup chopped pecans

Preheat oven to 350º. Grease & flour a 9X13" pan

In a large bowl, whisk together pumpkin, sugar & spices. Stir in the milk, then beat in eggs one at a time.

Pour mixture into the prepared pan. Sprinkle yellow cake mix over the pumpkin mixture, then sprinkle on the pecans

Drizzle melted butter over all.

Bake for 55 minutes or until edges are lightly browned. Allow to cool.
** Start watching after 45 minutes so it doesn't over bake
