Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 batch Pizza Dough recipe (on page 32)
OR thaw two loaves of bought white frozen bread dough
Pizza pepperoni (one package Pillars Pizza Pepperoni is good)
Half a block of light mozzarella cheese, cut into 1-inch cubes
Becel
Minced garlic
Italian seasoning

1 cup marinara sauce or pizza/spaghetti sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Spray a bundt cake pan generously with cooking spray and heat oven to 375º F.

In a small frying pan, melt a few tablespoons of Becel. Add a generous scoop of minced garlic and sauté. Stir in a tablespoon of seasoning. Pour into a small bowl and make a little assembly line: dough, pepperoni, cheese, Becel mixture, pan.

Take a golf ball-sized piece of dough and flatten it into a disc that's a bit larger than the pepperoni slice. Top with a slice of pepperoni and a mozzarella cube. Pull the edges together and pinch the dough closed around the filling. Dip the filled dough ball in the butter-seasoning mixture and place it in the pan. Keep doing this until you run out of dough. It's O.K. if the pan isn't full to the top - it will rise as it bakes.

Bake for about 30 minutes until it's golden brown. Remove from oven and let cool five minutes before inverting the pan onto a plate. Let it sit upside down and tap it a bit to ensure it all pops out. It usually stays together!

Serve with a warmed up bowl of marinara sauce for dipping.
