Chocolate Bundt Cake Recipe

1 small box instant chocolate pudding
1 devil's food cake mix
1/2 pkg semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 3/4 c. milk
2 eggs

Chocolate Glaze:
1/4 c. cocoa
2 T. + 4 t. water
2 T. oil
2 T. corn syrup
2 c. powdered suger
Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in mixing bowl and mix by hand until well blended. Pour into a greased and floured bundt pan. Bake at 350º for 50-55 minutes. Cool for 15 minutes before removing from bundt pan. When cooled, drizzle with chocolate glaze (see directions below). Serve with cool whip or ice cream!

GLAZE:
Cook first 4 ingredients until smooth. Beat in 2 c. powdered sugar. Drizzle over cake while glaze is warm.

Hint: Prior to lifting the bundt pan off, tap the bottom and sides of the pan with the back of a knife. This helps it to come out easier!

This was often a FAVORITE of Keaton and Hunter for me to make for their birthdays when they got older!
