1 c. water
1/2 c. butter
1 c. flour
1 large box instant vanilla pudding
2 1/2 c. milk
8 oz. cream cheese (may use 1/3 less fat Neufchatel Cheese) --softened
1 8-12 oz. whipped topping
chocolate syrup

Directions:
Directions:
Bring water and butter to boil. Remove from heat and stir in flower. Add eggs--ONE AT A TIME--beating after each one (it will ruin if you add all eggs at once!). Spread in 9x13 pan sprayed with oil. Bake at 400º for 25 minutes. Cool. (cream puff will sink). Beat cream cheese. Add pudding and milk and beat until thickened. Spread over crust. Top with whipped topping. Drizzle with chocolate syrup. Serve.

I have also made this using chocolate or Oreo pudding. All flavors are great! This is a favorite in the Eisenmenger house!
