Thin, boneless pork chops

Marinade:
1 onion, finely chopped
3 garlic cloves, finely chopped
½ cup lemon juice
½ cup olive oil
1 tsp. dried oregano
Salt and pepper


Olives, parsley, lemon wedges (garnish)

Directions:
Directions:
Make the marinade and marinate the meat for three hours or overnight. Grill.
