1½ C graham cracker or vanilla wafer crumbs
⅓ C melted butter
½ C sugar

8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 can sweetened condensed milk
⅓ - ½ C key lime juice *

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cookie crumbs, butter and sugar. Press firmly into 9" pie plate.

Cream the cheese; add milk; mix until well blended and completely smooth.
Slowly add key lime juice, mixing until fully incorporated.
Pour into cookie crumb crust.
Cover and refrigerate for 4 hrs.
Serve with dollop of whipped cream
