40 Saltine or Club Crackers
1 C butter
1 C brown sugar
2 C chocolate chips (optional)
1 C chopped nuts (optional)
Decorative sprinkles (optional)
coarse salt

Directions:
Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 400º
Lay crackers side by side on parchment lined cookie sheet.
Melt butter in pan. Add brown sugar.
Heat on med-high to a rolling boil, stirring occasionally.
Turn heat down to medium and constantly stir boiling mixture for 3 min.
Pour mixture over all crackers.
Cook for 7 minutes.
Remove from oven, sprinkle with chocolate chips, return to oven for 2-3 minutes to melt chocolate.
Smooth melted chocolate chips over crackers and sprinkle with chopped nuts/sprinkles and coarse salt.
Cool completely before cracking into smaller pieces to serve.
