1 jimmy dean sage sausage
2 loaves bread (open and dry out day before)
Celery, sliced
˝ cup butter
2 tablespoons poultry seasoning
Salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Sauté onions and celery in butter. Add sausage and brown. In large bowl place torn bread pieces and pour sausage mixture over the bread. Mix together add water to keep moist. Add salt and pepper to taste.
