6 cucumbers, peeled and slices
Olive oil
Salt and pepper
16 oz sour cream
¼-½ cup vinegar (according to your taste)

Directions:
In bowl coat cucumbers with oil, salt and pepper and toss till all coated. Add in sour cream and vinegar. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
