1 can mushrooms
28oz can tomatoes
1 green pepper finely chopped
1 large onion chopped fine
½ tsp garlic powder
1 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp cinnamon
3 oz Worcestershire sauce
¼ cup chicken base
¼ cup beef base
7 oz chili sauce
1 can tomato paste
1/3 cup hp sauce
Pickling spice in a spice ball or cheese cloth

Directions:

Mix all together and simmer for 2 hours
Add cooked browned and drained ground beef if desired
