3- 175 gms. semi sweet chocolate chips
1 can eagle brand Sweetened condensed milk
1 tbsp. vanilla

Coatings
flaked coconut
icing sugar
coloured sugar
cocoa powder

Directions:
Directions:
Melt chocolate chips and eagle brand in microwave for 2 minutes stirring once at 1 minute mark. Stir in vanilla.
Chill 2 hours. Roll into 3/4" balls. Roll in your choice of coatings. Chill for an additional 1 hour.

Options:
Omit vanilla and add one of the following:
1/2 tsp rum extract and 1/4 c dark rum into the melted chocolate mixture
or
1/2 tsp peppermint extract and 1/4 c Peppermint schnapps into the chocolate mixture
