seasoning salt
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsps. garlic, crushed
½ tsp. marjoram
¼ tsp. turmeric
¼ tsp. curry
1 tbsp. oregano
¼ tsp. onion powder
salt & pepper
½ cup red wine
