1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 lb. ground beef
⅓ cup bread crumbs
1 egg, beaten
¼ cup onion, finely chopped
1½ cups mushrooms, sliced
Directions:
Directions:
Mix ½ can soup, ground beef, bread crumbs, egg and onion together. Shape into patties and cook, browning both sides. Spoon off fat. Stir in mushrooms and mushroom soup. Reduce heat to low and cook 20 minutes or until done turning patties occasssionally.
