1.5-2 lb hamburger
1 box lasagna noodles
2 large Pkg’s mozzarella cheese
1 small container small curd cottage cheese (mixed with 2 eggs)
1 large container of spaghetti sauce ( I use Ragu with meat sauce)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º. Brown hamburger and drain grease. Add spaghetti sauce to hamburger and simmer (covered) stirring occasionally for about 30 minutes. Cook lasagna noodles, drain, and keep in cool water until ready to layer. Grease a 9 x 13 in pan and layer following: lasagna noodles, cottage cheese/egg mixture, meat/sauce mixture, mozzarella cheese. Repeat layering 2 more times. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until top is brown and bubbly. Remove from oven and let sit for 10 minutes prior to cutting.

This has been a favorite for my boys for as long as I can remember. We typically have it on Christmas Eve and many vacations as well! So easy!
