8 oz cream cheese, softened
8 oz sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
1 Tbsp onion, finely chopped
1 Tbsp green pepper, finely chopped
3 Tbsp lemon juice
1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
¾ c chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first six ingredients until well blended. Chill for about 1 hour. Shape into a ball and roll in pecans until covered. I have made it without the green pepper and it is still delicious. It also freezes well.

I received this recipe from a coworker at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway and it is still a favorite today! The picture is from when I retired from the track my coworkers bought me a trip around the track in a race car.
