1 frozen pkg broccoli
1 frozen pkg cauliflower
1 pkg cornbread stuffing (prefer Pepperidge Farm)
1/2 cup milk
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 cups cheese, shredded
2 Tbsp butter

Directions:
Directions:
Toss together frozen broccoli, cauliflower, 1 cup cheese and stuffing mix in shallow baking casserole dish. In small saucepan, add milk and soup. Heat to the point of boiling. Pour soup mixture over vegetables in casserole dish. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top. Dot with butter. Bake uncovered in 350º oven for 30 minutes.
