I yellow cake mix *
1 small box instant chocolate pudding *
4 eggs
1 cup oil
1/2 cup water
3/4 cup Kahlua *

Directions:
Directions:
Place cake mix and pudding in a bowl. Blend together Add eggs, oil, water and Kahlua and mix with an electric mixed for 2 minutes. Place 1 scant cup batter each into a greased (Crisco), one pint, wide mouthed canning jar. Wipe batter from rim. Place jars on a baking sheet. Bake at 325º for 40-45 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean (cake make bake up over top of jar a bit). Wipe rims. Place hot sterilized seals and rings (boil for 10 minutes, remain hot) on to hot jars. Will store for several months.

Get creative substituting cake mix, pudding and alcohol flavors:
- white cake, vanilla pudding, amaretto
- yellow cake, vanilla pudding, rum
