Crust:
7 double honey graham wafers (rolled fine)
½ c granulated sugar or brown
¼ c melted butter
½ tsp ground cinnamon

Filling:
2 c milk
2 egg yolks
3 tbsp corn starch
¼ c granulated sugar
1 tsp vanilla (or fruit if desired)
A lemon filling is good too.

Meringue:
2 egg whites
3 tbsp icing sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Crust:
Mix together and remove ½ c of mixture for top of pie, using balance to line the bottom of the tim. Then add filling.

Filling:
Cook until thick and spread while hot.

Meringue:
Then beat egg whites stiff and and beat in icing sugar and spread on top of the filling. Then sprinkle over top, remainder of crumbs and bake in a slow oven at 250ºF for 20 min. When cold cut and serve with whipped cream if desired.
