1 lb lard and a little butter
7 c sifted flour
4 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder

Directions:
Directions:
Sift flour, baking powder and salt. Cut in cold lard and butter using pastry blender or knives until mixture is consistency of cornmeal and small pieces. Store in covered container in fridge. For 2 crusts: 2½ c mix, 4-6 tbsp water.
