1 large onion, diced
1 large celery stick diced
2 carrots, diced
2 tbsps. oil
½ tsp. salt
½ tsp. pepper
2 garlic cloves, minced
6 cups chicken stock
½ tsp. dried oregano
½ cup orzo
zest of ½ lemon
juice from one lemon
½ cup whipping cream

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion, celery, carrots, garlic, salt and pepper in oil. Blend in chicken stock and oregano. Add orzo and cook for 10 minutes. Add lemon juice, lemon zest and cream. Mix well and serve.
