1 lb. chicken breasts, cut into cubes
1 large onion, diced
4 ribs, celery
2 medium carrots, sliced (round)
4 garlic cloves, minced
2 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. olive oil
1 tsp. dried basil
1/2 tsp. dried oregano
1/8 tsp. pepper
3 - 10 3/4 oz. cans chicken broth-divided
1 - 14 1/2 oz. diced tomatoes, undrained
6 oz. uncooked tricolor or plain spiral pasta
1/4 c. flour

Directions:
In a large saucepan, sauté chicken, onion, celery, carrots, and garlic in butter and oil for 5 minutes. Stir in basil, oregano and pepper until blended. Set aside 1 cup broth. Gradually add remaining broth to pan. Stir in tomatoes and bring to a boil. Reduce heat. Cover and simmer 45-60 minutes. Return to a boil, stir in pasta. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered for 10-13 minutes or until pasta is almost tender. Combine flour and reserved broth until smooth. Stir into pan. Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 2 minutes until thickened. EXCELLENT!
