cornbread
hot dog or hamburger buns
onions
celery
buter
chicken broth
eggs
poultry seasoning and salt
parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Make two recipes cornbread, no sugar. Crumble two packages buns. Chop onion and celery (including tops) finely. Salute in one stick butter until translucent. Mix with bread and add chicken broth and 1 dozen eggs. Season with poultry seasoning and salt. Add parsley.
Mixture should be the consistency of pudding.
Make the night before,
Bake at 350º for about 1 hour, checking frequently after 30 minutes. Dressing is done when firm.
Makes 2 large casseroles.
