8 c water
1 c vinegar
Fresh dill
Watermelon
1 T salt
2 T sugar
½ gallon jars

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare jars by washing and boiling in water or clean in the dishwasher. Use firm, fresh smaller watermelon. Cut off outer rind of watermelon, then cut watermelon in pieces (not too small). To each jar, add several heads of fresh dill, 1 T salt and 2 T sugar. Boil together the 8 c water and 1 c vinegar. Pour over fruit. Process for 5 minutes to seal.
