6 eggs
1 t salt
½ c cold water
1 c diced potatoes, boiled.
1 cube butter
1 c potatoes

Directions:
Mix flour and salt in a bowl. Add eggs and water; blend. Knead to make a soft dough adding more water if necessary. You can use a dough hook and electric mixer. Divide dough into manageable balls and cut pieces of the dough with scissors into simmering salted water. (Dip the end of the ball of dough into the water to help it cut more easily.) Cook about 5+ minutes and drain. Melt butter in a skillet. Add boiled dough pieces and potatoes. Add eggs over the dough; mix. Add salt and pepper to taste. Fry until golden brown, turning occasionally so eggs are cooked through. You can top with grated cheese or Ketchup. 'Klace' or 'Glace" is the pronunciation of Kloesse.
