APPLE SALAD VINAIGRETTE

7tbsp apple juice concentrate
3tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1tsp onion powder
1tsp garlic powder
2tbsp white balsamic vinegar
2tbsp apple cider vinegar (used Bragg's raw organic)
1tsp dijon mustard

SALAD

1 8 ounce bag mixed field greens.
1-pint cherry tomatoes sliced in half.
1 1/2 red onion sliced into rings.
1 cup toasted pecan halves.
1 2 1/2 ounce bag apple chips, Seneca apple
6 ounces feta cheese crumbled.
1 1/2 cup dried cranberries.
