3 potatoes, peeled and diced
1 x 32oz bag frozen southern hash brown potatoes with onion
3 cans chicken broth
8 oz cream cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
bacon and cheese for garnish

Directions:
Directions:
In a large saucepan, combine the chicken broth, diced potatoes and hash browns. Cook on medium high heat until soft. Soften the cream cheese in the microwave, mix with cream soups and add to cooked potatoes. Cook an additional 15 minutes.
