4 lg. green peppers cut in half top to bottom,remove seeds and wash, set aside.
1 lb. gr. meat
2 eggs
1 med. onion chopped
1/4 bell pepper chopped fine
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 tsp seasoning salt
1 c. crushed cracker crumbs
1 can tomato sauce
1 c. diced tomato
1/2 c. raw rice

1can tomato sauce to top

Combine all ingred. except 1 can tomato sauce and mix well
.Stuff and Bake at 350 for 2 hrs. or til pepper is soft.

Mix well ;; 1 can tomato sauce with drippings off peppers and spoon over peppers and return to oven for about 20 min.
