3 cups mayonnaise
4 hard boiled egg yolks (and whites if you like), grated
4 cloves garlic, minced
3 tablespoons Creole mustard
2 tablespoons paprika
3 tablespoons horseradish
3 tablespoons Lee and Perrins Worcestershire sauce
Dash of Tobasco
4 heaping tablespoons parsley
Salt and pepper
