Ingredients:
2 envelopes unflavored gelatin
4 Tablespoons water
2 cups sour cream
1 cup mayonaise
2 5 oz. bottles cream style horseradish
4 Tablespoons Durkee's famous sauce
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
mayonaise, parsley, stuffed olives

Directions:
Directions:
Soften the gelatin in the water. Heat 1/2 Cup sour cream and gelatin mixture over boiling water. Stir to
blend. Add remaining ingredients, stirring well. Rub mold with mayonaise. Pour horseradish mixture into
mold and refrigerate.
* To garnish your mold, place halves of stuffed olives in the bottom then gently put a tablespoon or so of
the horseradish mix over them. Refrigerate until this has "set" then fill the mold with the remaining mix and refrigerate. This recipe halves beautifully if a smaller amount is desired.

Personal Notes:
This recipe goes very well with a beef (standing rib, ribeye or whole tenderloin) dinner.
