2 lb Boneless Pork Shoulder
salt to taste
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
1/3 C chicken or vegetable broth
1/3 C balsamic vinegar
1 T Worcestershire sauce
1 T honey

Directions:
Directions:
1. Season roast with salt, garlic powder, red pepper flakes
2. Mix together broth, vinegar and Worcestershire sauce. Pour over pork.
3. Then pour honey over and set on low 6-8 hours.
4. Once pork is tender, should shred easily, take it out with tongs to serving dish.
5. Break apart with 2 forks and put back in crockpot.
6. Ladel sauce over pork
