1 package oreo cookies
1 package chocolate chips
2 cups powdered sugar
1/2 cup butter
1 1/2 cup spanish peanuts
1/2 cup butter melted
1/2 cup evaporated milk
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream
Directions:
Directions:
Crush oreos and mix with melted butter, press into bottom of 9x13 pan
In saucepan cook chocolate chips, evaporated milk, powdered sugar and butter for 8 minutes stirring constantly
Add vanilla and cool
Cut icecream in slices and cover oreos
Top with peanuts
Frost with chocolate sauce
Add candy toppings or more peanuts, caramel sauce if want
