1 box Rigatoni
4-5/slices bacon (cut & fried)
1 clove garlic, minced
Little oil & flour to make roux
7 cups whole milk
1 cup mozzarella cheese
1 cup fontina cheese
1 cup Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Partially cook pasta, then add to the Bechamel sauce.

Bechamel Sauce:
Make a roux with some oil and flour. Add milk to this, after it has thickened add the shredded mozzarella, fontina and Parmesan cheeses. Bring to a boil to melt the cheese.

When the pasta has cooked add it to the Bechamel Sauce. Pour into a baking pan, add some buttered bread crumbs to the top and bake at 350º for about 45 minutes.
