Ingredients:  
1 can cream mushroom soup 10 3/4 oz
1 5 oz can evaporated milk
1 tablespoon dried parsley flakes
3 cups cubed cooked turkey
1 package 10 oz frozen mixed vegetables thawed
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper

Crust
3/4 cup instant potatoes
3/4 cup flour
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
1/3 cup butter or margarine
1/4 cup ice water

Directions:
Directions:
In bowl, combine first 4 ingredients
Stir in turkey, vegetables, salt and pepper
Spoon mixture inti greased 11x2x7 baking dish
Preheat oven to 400 degrees

Crust
Combine flakes, flour and parmesan in bowl
Cut in butter until crust is crumbly
Add water 1 tablespoon at a time tossing lightly with a fork until dough forms a ball
On lightly floured surface roll out dough to fit top of baking dish
Cut vents into crust
Place over filling, fluting edges
Brush pastry with butter, cover edges with foil so does not burn.
Bake 30 minutes.
