Ingredients:  
1 large onion diced
3 celery with leaves, cut in 1/4 inch pieces
6 tablespoon butter or margarine
6 tablespoon flour
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp italian seasonings
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp parsley flakes
1 1/2 cup milk
4 cups cooked turkey
1/2 cup rice
5 medium carrots cut into 1/4 inch pieces
2 cups chicken broth ( or 2 cups water and 2 chicken bouillon)
1 package 10 oz frozen peas

Directions:
Directions:
In large kettle, saute celery and onion in butter until tender
Stir in flour, seasonings
Gradually add milk stirring constantly until thickened
Add rice, turkey and carrots
Add enough broth until soup has desired consistency
Cover and simmer until rice and carrots tender.
