1 cup crisco or ½ cup crisco ½ cup butter
2 cups sugar
3 eggs, beaten
1 Tbsp. vanilla
5 cups flour
3 tsp. baking powder
½ tsp baking soda
1 cup sour cream or milk
12 oz. pkg chocolate chips
3 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Cream together crisco and sugar.
Add the eggs and vanilla.
Sift together flour, baking powder and baking soda.
Add the dry ingredients alternately with the sour cream.
Mix well.
Add the chocolate chips.
Drop by Tbsp on cookie sheet.
Mix the sugar and cinnamon.
Sprinkle on top of dough before baking.
Spread dough out on cookie sheet a little with a fork or spoon.
Bake at 425º for 9 minutes or until light brown.
