3 large egg Whites , Room Temperature
1/2 Cup granulated sugar

Eton Mess
2 Cups Heave Whipping Cream, Cold
2 Teaspoons Granulated Sugar
10 Ounces Strawberries cut in half

Directions:

For Meringues:
Preheat oven to 200º with rack in center and line baking sheet with parchment paper.
With a stand mixer using whisk attachment and beat until slightly firm than add sugar in small batches and continue beating until stiff. When you turn the bowl upside down,it should not move. Spoon or pipe mounds evenly spaced on baking sheet. Bake one hour. Turn oven off and leave in oven until firm to the touch.

Eton Mess:
Mix whipping cream in a bowl and beat until stiff. Refrigerate.
When meringues or cool break some into the bottom of a dessert bowl and layer with whipping cream and strawberries repeat and finish with strawberries
