DOUGH-
3 packages yeast
½ cup warm water
1 tablespoon sugar
1 quart milk mixture (½ milk, ½ water)
1½ cups sugar
1½ cups oil
2 eggs
4-6 cups flour

FILLING-
1 cup butter - melted
1½ cups brown sugar
5 teaspoons cinnamon
1½ cups chopped nuts
1½ cups raisins

GLAZE-
4 tablespoons butter
2 cups powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
3-6 tablespoons hot water

Directions:
Directions:
Put the yeast in ½ cup of warm water with 1 tablespoon sugar sprinkled on top. Scald the milk mixture. Let cool to lukewarm and add the 1½ cups sugar and oil. Add enough flour to make a soft batter (like cake). Add eggs and yeast mixture and blend well in mixer. Add enough flour to make a soft dough. Cover and let rise until double in size. Mix down and take sections of dough and roll out until ⅜" thick. Spread with melted butter, cinnamon, sugar, nuts and raisins. Roll up and cut into 1" rolls. Let rise again until doubled in size or more. Bake at 375º for 15 minutes.

Use glaze or cream cheese frosting when cooled.
